us too much to do, so little time.
Today I made time just to move
my hands, put together a couple
of cards to send off and enjoy
the making.
Vintage ad, scrapbook scrap, watercolor
paper, distress ink, glimmer mist and a tiny
bit of stitch.
Peacock photo I took, printed on acetate,
over some Japanese lettering/stamp paper
on watercolor with glimmer mist.
Just moving my hands.

You move my mind! Good thing you have that juice squirreled away all over the place like some Costco store. I know what you mean though. I'm taking a bit of a break myself, turning to cookie baking and wrapping presents.

Corrine these cards are both different but both beautiful! A slow hand is so much better than a fast one at this time of year!

Corrine, I too suffer from the lack of energy at this time of year. I spent a recent evening just looking at threads and fabric with the intention of making something. At the end of the evening I put them away again. Nothing achieved - well nothing tangible but it was relaxing!
